Q: Why isn’t there any biography’s for the roles?
A: It is up to the player of the character to determine and decipher how they wish to play their characters. As an actor acts upon reading a script, we believe an RPer will read the background on their characters as much as possible and play them based on creative license. Nothing is set in stone, the Marauder era is purely speculation. Encouraging creativity and relaxing into the world of writing is the main priority.

Q: How can it be a canon role play if the Black sisters are the same age and you only have 6th & 7th years?
A: A lot of people wanted to have their characters attend the school at once. It was an interesting idea and highly sought out, so we tried it. The stories stay the same, the events are all in line, but the timeline is a mess. We’ve come to like it, though, it’s comfortable and interesting, very fun and helps give the RP a twist. If it doesn’t seem to fit your liking, you’re welcome to find another RP among the dozens waiting on Tumblr.

Q: Why is Skype used over other methods of conversation such as Chatzy or Tinychat?
A: Skype isn’t a requirement, but it’s easier to keep organized and the Mod is not too familiar with other means of communication.

Q: Are roles interchangeable with face claims?
A: We are open to all face claim suggestions. It’s a bit more work to change them after a character has been made and put into action for more than a few days, the familiarity diminishing and such, but the Mod here is very flexible and will accommodate. 

Q: How do reservations work?
A: After a reservation, a person has one entire day to get their application in to process. Upon approval, you have twenty-four hours to create a page solely for your character. If you are denied, the role will be reopened and you are welcome to apply for another. If you wish to apply for the same role, you will be asked to wait three days before doing so.
